I found Claire here on LinkedIn and followed her for a while before getting in touch. It’s a commitment and a leap of faith having photos taken and something I don’t particularly enjoy! Claire was so easy to work with, calm and captured some really great shots. I totally recommend her services – why stick to ‘professional’ head shots when you can have beautiful shots that reflect far more about who you are, in environments where you feel most at home and yourself. When I first booked, Claire was helpful in talking through which package would be most appropriate for my needs, and there was no attempt to persuade me to upgrade. We had a Zoom meeting before the actual day of the photography, and I found that very helpful and reassuring to know what to expect when the moment came.
On the actual day, Claire was quietly confident and put me at ease, quickly planning the shots she wanted to take, and keeping a gentle conversation going to help keep me relaxed. Somehow she managed to both ‘direct’ the occasion, and blend into the background – quite a skill. She took great care to make sure she had captured all the subject matter that I needed; there was a minor miscommunication about cropping of images but that did not effect the outcome. I received a package of beautiful digital images that have been used to create my new website.
I am a convert! From someone who really tried to avoid the need for a business photoshoot, I now find myself thinking how lovely it would be to ask Claire to photograph us all as a family, and am looking forward to finding an occasion when we can arrange this.

I asked Claire to do our family photos because I love her style – natural and outdoors. I usually find it so uncomfortable having my photo taken and not to mention how hard it is getting young children to stay still, but the way Claire works means I felt much more at ease. All we had to do was find an outdoor location we love as a family and play with the children while she got on and took amazing photos.
I’d highly recommend Claire as not only is she a fab photographer, but she gently guided us without it feeling forced or artificial. She’s also great with children and very understanding when at the last minute you have to change the date because your child has to isolate!
